NC Supreme Court Order - March 19, 2020

03/13/2020

Today, the Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court has closed all courts “for at least 30 days.”

Please do not worry about your case. Your lead counsel with Woodruff Family Law Group is working very hard at this moment to look for the best alternatives to suggest to you. If you have a court date already planned for the remainder of March or April, we will be handling those situations first, and your lead counsel from Woodruff Family Law Group will be in touch with you. The situation remains fluid. Juvenile, Domestic Violence, and marriages will not be affected. Divorces have not specifically been addressed by the court system yet.
